Website protection & recovery · Perth

Keep your website working. Be ready when something goes wrong.

Your website should help customers reach you. Oria Digital helps Perth small businesses keep their websites secure and maintained: managed WordPress updates, backups that are tested by actually restoring them, checks that your enquiry forms still deliver, and a practical recovery plan for when something goes wrong.

Practical support for business websites, enquiry forms and booking connections.

Why it matters

A website can be online and still lose enquiries.

A contact form can stop delivering messages. A booking link can break. An old plugin can become unsupported. And a backup is only useful if it can be restored. The parts of your website your business relies on are checked, and you get a clear plan for what needs attention.

Enquiries that reach you

The agreed enquiry path is tested from submission through to the intended inbox or CRM.

Updates with a recovery plan

Supported software is kept up to date, with appropriate checks and a way to roll back if an update causes problems.

Backups you can verify

Backup coverage is reviewed, and restoration is tested in an isolated environment at an agreed frequency.

A clearer response to downtime

A record of who to contact, what to restore and how customers can still reach you while an issue is resolved.

The check

What gets checked.

A scoped review of the parts of your website that keep enquiries and bookings coming in.

  • Website software versions and whether they are still supported
  • Admin users, old accounts that should be removed, and the multi-factor sign-in options available
  • Who owns the domain and hosting, who renews them, and how they would be recovered
  • Backup frequency, how long backups are kept, where they are stored, and evidence of a restore
  • Your agreed forms, where their notifications go, and your booking links
  • Uptime monitoring and who receives the alerts
  • Basic hosting and website security settings within the agreed scope
  • What a recovery depends on, and practical next steps

This is a scoped review, not a penetration test, a compliance certification or a guarantee that no vulnerabilities exist. A restore test is included when the agreed access and scope allow it; otherwise restoration is recorded as not verified and the test is quoted separately.

Website Protection Plan

Request pricingConfirmed in writing, + GST

Ongoing care for your business website, with agreed updates, backup checks, monitoring, enquiry testing and a monthly summary of completed work.

  • One suitable standard website
  • Agreed software updates and backups
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Regular end-to-end enquiry testing
  • Periodic restore test

How it works

Clear scope before anything starts.

A request is an enquiry, not a booking. Nothing is checked or tested until you have agreed the scope.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your website

Share your website address and the systems your business relies on: forms, bookings, email, CRM.

  2. 02

    We confirm the scope

You receive clear inclusions, pricing and access requirements before any work starts.

  3. 03

    We check and prioritise

What works, what needs attention and the options for fixing it, documented in plain English.

  4. 04

    Choose ongoing support

Keep the agreed maintenance and recovery checks running on a regular schedule, if you want to.

The monthly report

What you see each month.

A short summary of what was done, what was checked and what needs a decision.

A completed backup job is not proof that a site can be recovered, which is why restores are tested separately and recorded as not verified when they cannot be.

Questions

What people ask before starting.

Can you guarantee my website will never be hacked or go offline?

No. The service helps reduce avoidable risks, find problems early and improve how ready you are to recover. Third-party services and incidents can still affect a website, so nobody can honestly promise it will never happen.

Do I need to move my website to Oria Digital?

Not necessarily. Your current website and hosting are reviewed first. Where the platform and access allow, the work is done on your existing setup. If a change is needed, you are told why and it is quoted separately.

What happens if you find an existing problem?

You get an explanation of the finding, how urgent it is and the recommended next step. Work outside the agreed check or care plan, such as cleaning up an existing infection or a major upgrade, is quoted separately before anything is done.

Do you check that contact forms actually work?

Yes, within the agreed scope. An authorised, clearly labelled test is submitted and delivery is confirmed with you or at the agreed destination. Tests are set up so they do not trigger real customer follow-ups, bookings or payments.

Can you help with third-party booking systems?

Agreed booking links and customer entry points can be checked, and a fallback process documented for when the booking system is unavailable. Changes inside the booking platform depend on your access and on that provider, and its uptime is outside anyone’s control but theirs.

Is support available around the clock?

Monitoring runs continuously, but human support follows the hours and response arrangements in your service agreement. This is not a 24/7 incident response service.

What will you need access to?

Once the scope is agreed, appropriate access to the agreed systems is arranged with you, using your own accounts and individual logins. Please never send passwords or recovery codes through an enquiry form or email.
