What changes the cost
- How many systems have to be connected. A form and an inbox is one thing; a CRM, a calendar and accounting software is another.
- Whether the tools you use have decent APIs. Some do. Some need workarounds, and workarounds cost time.
- How much your rules vary. 'Book anything within 20 km' is simple. 'Depends on the job, the day and who's on' takes longer to encode.
